Please meet our capable and extraordinary guide for HHTH
in Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Botswana, and South Africa. His
name is Janco Scott, he is Africans and has been with us for
3 years. Janco speaks Africans, English, and a blend of tribal
languages created in the mines so workers could communicate
with each other. He keeps us safe, and is an honorable
man of high values. His knowledge and expertise keep us
out of trouble and able to accomplish what we need under
some pretty severe conditions. Just to let you know, we are in
good and responsible hands.
Our great challenge, as I told you, is to get through the
Botswana and Zimbabwe borders without being in harms
way or subject to unreasonable “extra charges.”
So, this is what we asked you to pray for on March 18th…
To get our trailer with all the books, clothes, and school
supplies to the orphans for whom they are intended.
My idea is to ask for a miracle, that they don’t “see” all these
boxes - maybe we could be invisible… smile… and get
through, or that they would only charge us a small fee legitimately
and let us pass through without harassment.
Speaking of miracles… through an amazing series of events,
Shana and Kai Schutte adopted the remaining orphans, which
actually gave them a Tribe of Little Children. Shana’s Mother,
Sam Simonenko, has had a life long dream of working with
orphans in Africa, providing books for libraries and caring for their
essential needs. Sam will join us in Hazyview, South Africa
from California our third week into the trip. She is a seasoned
traveler, so, we will have these wonderful “extra boots on the
ground” to help. She will come bearing gifts, as she has room to
fill a huge suitcase with 50 pounds of whatever we need and
bring it with her. So, we are thinking hard about what is best.
The sponsors of our orphans, have sent letters of introduction
and photos for their sponsored child. This will thrill the children
to know who is blessing their life with food, shoes, clothes, and
school supplies.
So, we are ”on the road again,” with a heart full of love and joy
knowing what God has done to bring His plan all together.
Please keep us in your prayers and we will keep you posted.
Much love from the Bush.
P.S.
HHTH is proud to announce that Jeanette
Abraham had joined our Board of Trustees
She brings with her a seasoned background
in working with charitable organizations, as well as,
executive expertise.
Jeanette is a business owner and has successfully
piloted her business through to success. We are

we go forward.
